Delivery

Delivery to addresses in the U.K is included in the price of every pair of Yoovy eyewear. All orders are despatched via UPS.

After completing your purchase you will receive an Order Confirmation email with details of your order and the next steps.

If you have ordered Prescription Spectacles or Prescription Sunglasses then your order confirmation email will have easy to follow instructions on how to send us a copy of your Prescription (its really straightforward and you simply have to reply to our order confirmation email and attach a scan or photo of your prescription to this email).Upon receipt of your Prescription our Opticians will check it and should any further details need clarification they will be in touch via email initially to confirm as required.

Following this your bespoke lenses will be produced and fitted into the frames you have chosen and finally they will be carefully packed and despatched via UPS to your address.

Prescription orders are usually despatched within 3-5 days of receipt of your prescription.

Non-Prescription orders including sunglasses are usually despatched within 3-5 days from order date but can be sooner.

You will receive notifications from UPS once they have your order and its on its way.

Lead times are based on working days and do not include weekends/bank holidays.

We always try to prepare and despatch orders as efficiently as possible.
