Returns

Every pair of Yoovy eyewear is prepared, inspected and signed off personally by our in-house qualified optical experts however should you not be happy with your order we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return either for a refund or as an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

To start a return, firstly please email us with a copy of your order acknowledgement email or order number to: lab@yoovy.co.uk

Upon receipt of your email we will verify your request and send you a return shipping label along with instructions on next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
Our lab team inspect and prepare each order to ensure your frames meet our stringent quality control and our bespoke packaging should ensure they reach you in the same condition, however we kindly ask that upon opening your parcel you inspect the frames/lenses for any signs of damage/defect or if you believe you have received the wrong item - in any case we would ask you to contact our lab team who will deal with your query in a prompt manner (usually within 1-2 hours via email but it can be up to 24hours). We will endeavour to arrange a replacement / exchange to ensure you’re happy with your Yoovy eyewear.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your eyewear for another frame or colour then depending on how quickly you need your order you can either request an exchange by emailing us and following the returns process outlined above. When we have received your return we will process your new item and despatch this. Any difference in price between items will be charged/credited accordingly. 

Or, if you need your eyewear sooner then returning and waiting for the exchanged new item then we recommend ordering and paying for a new item separately and begin the returns process on the original item so both actions are being undertaken concurrently with a refund being given on the returned order item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
